Does it fog up?

Same as any dive mask: rinse the inside and rub a little defog or saliva on the glass before you go in. The camera housing is sealed separately, so the lens itself does not fog.
How long does the battery last?

Around 90 minutes of continuous recording on a full charge — comfortably longer than most recreational dives. It charges over the included USB cable.
Will it fit over a beard or a prescription mask?

The silicone skirt seals like a standard twin-lens mask, so a heavy beard can break the seal the same way it would on any mask. It does not take prescription lens inserts.
